Espresso BBQ sauce

- 1 ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup dark soy (regular works fine too)
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup white vinegar
- 3 shots espresso
For the BBQ, combine all ingredients except for the espresso, mix thoroughly and then bring to a simmer and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes pull the sauce of the heat and add espresso, covering and allowing to steep with the sauce for 10 minutes. Save till ready to serve
