Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch of parsley minced (stems cut off)
  • 1 bunch of cilantro minced (stems cut off)
  • 2 cloves of garlic grated or minced
  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • Fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a bowl, stirring to combine, and tasting for seasoning.
  • Allow to sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving and enjoy.
