Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup dark soy (regular works fine too)
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup white vinegar
- 3 shots espresso
Instructions
- For the BBQ, combine all ingredients except for the espresso, mix thoroughly and then bring to a simmer and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes pull the sauce of the heat and add espresso, covering and allowing to steep with the sauce for 10 minutes. Save till ready to serve
