Ingredients
- 1 bunch of parsley minced (stems cut off)
- 1 bunch of cilantro minced (stems cut off)
- 2 cloves of garlic grated or minced
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- ½ cup olive oil
- Kosher salt to taste
- Fresh cracked black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a bowl, stirring to combine, and tasting for seasoning.
- Allow to sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving and enjoy.
