Oven Roasted Lemon Asparagus
Easy to prepare and pairs well with most proteins.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - salt/pepper
 - 1/2 lemon
 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese Optional
 
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit
 - Trim the bottoms off of the asparagus and place on a lined sheet pan
 - Drizzle with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper all over, using your hands to coat all of the asparagus evenly.
 - Place sheet pan in oven for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.
 - While roasting zest half of the lemon
 - Lastly once asparagus is removed from the oven, add lemon zest and squeeze the lemon juice over the asparagus, tossing with tongs to get fully coated and enjoy!
 - Optional: Top with grated parmesan cheese to add even more flavor.
