Attach that anti-inflammatory latte!
Plan:
- 1.5 cups uncooked camel milk (We weak Barren region Farms.)
- 1 T coconut oil
- 1 T pure honey
- 1 t ground turmeric
- 1/2 t cinnamon
Instructions:
- Steam camel milk and coconut oil in a exiguous saucepan or espresso steamer, unless frothy. If steaming in a saucepan, enable mixture to come to a unhurried steam, but now not boiling.
- Chase honey and turmeric into milk.
- Pour steady into a mug, and sprinkle with cinnamon. For a calming latte, it would also be served over ice.
